- Return/Refund Policy: Ned Kantar Productions has a 36 + year commitment to customer satisfaction. All terms are specified and detailed in each Purchaser’s contract. Deposits are non-refundable. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the contract, or breach thereof, shall be submitted to arbitration under one of the following procedures to be selected by the purchaser at the time that the contract is signed: the American Arbitration Association, or, the Local Union of the American Federation of Musicians.
- All services are guaranteed by written contract, agreed upon and signed by Ned Kantar Productions and the Purchaser, to be performed and delivered at the promised dates and times.
- Privacy Policy: Ned Kantar Productions never shares customer data or personal information with any third party.
- All transactions are payable in US dollars.
- All prices for services, including overtime rates, are clearly stated in each Purchaser’s contract.
